"Ask Elvis" is a Figma-based prototype designed to make the pension application process easier and more accessible for senior citizens. This project was a team effort where we followed human-centered design principles to address the challenges faced by pensioners. We conducted interviews with pensioners to understand their user journey and pain points, which informed our redesign of the pension information resources and application platform.

Our solution, Ask Elvis, integrates a digital AI assistant into a user-friendly website. The assistant helps users navigate the pension system, answers their questions, and provides support during the application process. It also assists users in understanding complex questions in the application form, making the process more intuitive for older adults.
